GENERAL VALUATION ROLL 2025

Saldanha Bay Municipality would like to inform all property owners within the municipal area that the General Valuation 2025 in terms of the Municipal Property Rates Act No. 6 of 2004 and Regulations (MPRA) will be implemented from 1 July 2026.

TENDER NO SBM 08/24/25: COMPILATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GENERAL VALUATION ROLL AND SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION ROLLS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 01 JULY 2026 TO 30 JUNE 2030 was awarded to HCB Valuations & Services PTY Ltd.
