      GENERAL VALUATION ROLL 2021

      Saldanha Bay Municipality would like to inform all property owners within the municipal area that the General Valuation 2021 in terms of the Municipal Property Rates Act No. 6 of 2004 and Regulations (MPRA) will be implemented from 1 July 2022.

      TENDER NO SBM 22/20/21: COMPILATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE VALUATION ROLLS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 1 JULY 2022 TO 30 JUNE 2026 was awarded to HCB Valuations & Services PTY Ltd.

        Tender 41/15: Compilation and Maintenance of the Evaluation rolls for Saldanha Bay Municipality for the period of 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2022, has been awarded to HCB Valuations & Services.
