Municipal Demarcation Board

In terms of Item 5 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Local Government:  Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998) (the Act) the Municipal Demarcation Board hereby publishes its delimitation of wards for the Saldanha Bay Municipality.

Particulars of the delimitation are listed in the Schedule and the Maps.

In terms of Item 5 (2) of Schedule 1 to the Act, any person aggrieved by the delimitation may, within 14 days of publication (19 September 2025) of this notice, submit objections in writing to:
