RESIDENTS AND VISITORS ARE URGED TO USE WATER SPARINGLY DURING LOAD SHEDDING
Water provision in the Saldanha Bay Municipal area was recently constrained due to the effects of the load shedding stages.
The load shedding has caused numerous operational challenges for the water supply. Some areas may experience low water pressure or disruption in the water supply, in the event of long power outage affecting booster pumpstation which are required to convey water to the reservoirs or high laying areas.
Residents are however reminded that the Saldanha Bay Municipal area is a semi-arid region and urges all residents and visitors to continue using water wisely.
The Municipality would like to thank residents for their understanding and cooperation in this regard.
